Job Description

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE).The idle candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling e-commerce products . This role focuses on driving customer registrations, increasing order volumes, boosting transactions, and expanding market reach through proactive field sales, customer education, and effective relationship management.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell products through the online platform and its listed products directly to customers.
  • Educate customers on how to register, browse products, place orders, and complete payments on the platform.
  • Support customers through their first transaction to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption.
  • Register new customers and grow the active user base within assigned territories.
  • Drive conversion from registration to first order and encourage repeat usage through promotions and product awareness.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new merchants onto the Online Market platform.
  • Train merchants on product uploads, pricing, order management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Conduct field activations, promotions, roadshows, and campaigns to increase platform visibility.
  • Gather and share feedback on customer experience, product demand, pricing, and service quality to support improvements.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare accurate reports, ensure compliance with company policies, and represent the Online client Market Platform professionally at all times
