Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Officer (Fresher Jobs)

We’re hiring a Business Development & Marketing Officer who’s not afraid to get into the field, build relationships, and drive growth. You’ll be the bridge between our sourcing strategy and our brand presence—both online and on
the ground.

How to Apply
Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-processors, farmers, and cooperatives
Identify and onboard new suppliers across Uganda and East Africa
Contribute to our supplier database with field insights and verified data
Represent Obunji Exports at trade shows, buyer meetings, and promotional events
Design and execute marketing strategies that support our export goals
Manage digital campaigns, content, and brand visibility
Track performance and optimize outreach based on real data

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or related field
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, business development, or sales
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building partnerships
Willingness to travel and engage directly with suppliers
Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing, or export trade
