Solution Design and Implementation

1. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

2. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, models, and solutions.

Person Specifications

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (or a related field).

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, or related roles.

• Proven track record of analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes.

• Experience in the energy or utilities sector is an added advantage.

Competencies

• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R (certification required).

• Knowledge and certification in statistics, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
