Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Branch Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our Chicken Tonight branches. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, staff productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage branch staff and daily operations
Oversee inventory, budgeting, and sales performance
Enforce health, safety, and food quality standards
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
Handle customer complaints and feedback
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Hospitality (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within food service
