How to Apply
Branch Leadership and Operations
Lead and manage all branch activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to organizational policies.
Foster a Christ-centered work environment, leading daily devotions and promoting Christian values within the team.
Financial Management and Performance
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch financial targets, including loan disbursement and repayment goals.
Monitor branch financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.
Team Management and Development
Supervise and mentor branch staff, including credit officers and support personnel.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide training, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure high-quality customer service, addressing client concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
Promote VisionFund Uganda's products and services to attract and retain clients.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure branch operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration
Related experience of at least 3 years
Ability to lead teams and deliver branch targets
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ensure an efficient financial and integration performance of the branch.
