Job Description
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing payroll processes for a large client base, maintaining accurate books up to the trial balance stage, and handling both debtors and creditors. The successful applicant will need to pass a face-to-face practical assessment and must meet specific academic criteria in Mathematics and Accounting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage payroll for 96 clients
Maintain trial balance bookkeeping
Process and manage debtors and creditors
Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records
Collaborate efficiently in a small, dynamic team
Adapt to a fast-paced working environment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must have a Matric certificate
Minimum 65% in Accounting and 60% in Mathematics in Matric
Payroll experience for multiple clients (96 clients)
Strong experience in trial balance bookkeeping
Excellent attention to detail
High energy and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work effectively in a small team
