Job Description
Pitchers is looking for an experienced, energetic, and disciplined Bartender to join our team. This role requires speed, accuracy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate must take the job seriously, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Pitchers’ standards
- Deliver fast, accurate service during busy hours without compromising quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Ensure proper cash handling, accurate billing, and accountability
- Monitor stock usage, reduce wastage, and report shortages immediately
- Follow all SOPs, hygiene rules, and safety standards strictly
- Maintain a neat, presentable appearance throughout the shift
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Open and close the bar, including stock counts and cleaning
