Position Title: Barista (1 Position)

Reports To: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Age Limit: 22 – 35 years

Position Overview
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of coffee, tea, and other beverages, while maintaining high hygiene standards and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires energy, attention to detail, and a passion for quality beverages.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, pastries, and related beverages using proper brewing techniques and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies and equipment.
Support in training other team members in beverage preparation, food presentation, and customer service practices.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A Diploma or Certificate in Hotel and Institutional Catering, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Certification in Barista Skills is an added advantage.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry as a Barista or in a similar food & beverage role.
In-depth knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others.
