Job Description
Supervise and coordinate banquets, events, and functions to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Allocate tasks and supervise banqueting staff.
- Ensure proper food and beverage service standards.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints during events.
- Maintain equipment, inventory, and cleanliness in event areas.
