Job Description
Identifying potential customers and generating leads
Duties and Responsibilities
Identifying potential customers and generating leads
Explaining the features and benefits of AAR Medical Insurance products
Comparing and recommending suitable plans based on customer needs and preferences
Completing and submitting application forms and other documents
Collecting premiums and issuing receipts
Following up with customers and resolving any queries or complaints
Updating customer information and policy details in the database
Reporting sales performance and feedback to the management
Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and skills
Complying with AAR Medical Insurance policies and regulations
Qualifications and Competencies
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any related business field.
Having a certificate of proficiency is an added advantage.
