How to Apply
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the bakery’s products to learners, parents and the wider community.
Manage day-to-day bakery operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the production team and sales channels.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients.
Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, suppliers and local businesses.
Oversee pricing strategies, cost control and profit margins to ensure the bakery’s financial sustainability.
Manage marketing efforts such as promotions, social media updates and events to increase bakery visibility.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve products and services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and food quality standards.

Education & Training:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Certification or training in food business management is an added advantage.
Experience:
Proven experience in business management, sales or marketing (experience in the food or hospitality industry preferred).
Familiarity with bakery or food production operations is a plus.
Skills:
Strong business acumen with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and financial planning.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
