Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate Marketing

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We’re looking for a top-tier B2B closer who can confidently pitch our services to directors and sales heads at leading real estate firms. You must be articulate, persuasive, and comfortable selling high-value deals to high-level decision-makers or if you are ambitious and willing to learn fast.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to luxury-focused real estate agencies in Kampala and surrounding cities
Pitch DMH’s Premium Lead Engine as a performance-based solution for scaling their sales Book and host strategic sales meetings (in-person or via Zoom)
Manage pipeline and follow-up with warm prospects using our CRM tools Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to refine our outbound strategy
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Have experience selling to business owners, managers, or decision-makers
Are confident discussing high-value deals (10M+ UGX commissions)
Have strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Are comfortable pitching via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, and in-person
Want a big upside (and are okay with commission-based pay)
What You’ll Earn:
Commission per closed agency deal: 5% of the setup fee (250K UGX) + 5% of success fee on every deal that client closes (500k UGX)+ i.e per client sale for as long as you and your client are with us.
monthly earning potential: 2M–10M UGX+ depending on effort Fast-track opportunities to lead agency sales
