Production Planning and Execution contribute to production efficiency by reviewing the weekly, daily production plan and monitoring the execution process and the productivity per line with the guidance of the Production Manager to ensure production targets are met.

Implement production initiatives as planned in order to meet the sales demand as per the weekly sales projection planning against the cropping schedule and placement numbers. Share feedback on the expected challenges and share recommendations on how to counter them.

People Management – assist in employee deployment, training and performance management by ensuring the staff per section perform their duties diligently on a daily basis, conducting staff training and reviewing their performance based on the set KPis to enhance productivity.

Management of Equipment and contribute to the efficient use of company resources by implementing maintenance policies and maintaining repair schedules. Follow up on repairs and maintenance through work orders raised.

Prepare production schedules and assign materials, equipment/machinery, and human resources to the production department sections on weekly basis and review on daily basis with respective sections heads.

Overseeing quality control initiatives and measures, upholding departmental KPis and participation in product development initiatives.
