Job Description
The Assistant Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the showroom floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, coordinating with the sales and design teams, and supporting the Floor Manager in achieving business targets. This role requires leadership skills, retail or floor management experience, and fluency in both Chinese and English. The candidate must present a professional image and exhibit a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.

How to Apply
Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing showroom operations
Supervise and support the performance of the floor staff
Ensure the floor is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand standards
Train and motivate team members to meet sales and customer service goals
Coordinate with designers and sales personnel to ensure seamless client service
Communicate effectively with both clients and team in Chinese and English
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (minimum Second Class Upper)
2–3 years of experience in retail or floor management
Fluency in both Chinese and English

Professional appearance; CV must include a colored passport photo
