Job Description
SCSP is running an inclusive school, residential care, and community program. We are looking for an organised, hands-on administrator assistant to support the day-to-day running of our operations. The ideal candidate must be ready to reside in Mpigi.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations across the Inclusive School, Children’s Rehabilitation Home, and community outreach program
- Support scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring across all three program sites
- Supervise support staff and volunteers, and assist with HR documentation including attendance, leave, and performance tracking
- Liaise with parents, community leaders, local government offices, and partners
