Job Description
Spiro Uganda is seeking an Asset Assurance Lead to manage and maintain the asset register for all energy network assets. The role involves developing security policies, leading incident response, and overseeing battery repossession operations to ensure the security of the company's electric vehicle infrastructure.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the asset register for all energy network assets.
- Develop and implement security policies, theft prevention measures, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident response, crisis management, and coordination with law enforcement.
- Oversee battery repossession operations, documentation, and field recovery teams.
- Conduct audits, monthly asset counts, and implement preventive measures.
- Recruit, train, and lead security and repossession personnel.
