The Apprenticeship Program is designed to integrate academic learning with practical work experience. Apprentices will work across Stanbic Bank’s core business units, supporting teams in day-to-day operations and contributing to real business projects. The program includes structured training sessions to build technical and professional skills, exposure to banking culture and values, and guidance from experienced mentors. Apprentices are expected to be innovative, analytical, and adaptable, with a passion for excellence and customer service. The program also promotes inclusivity, encouraging persons with disabilities to apply.

  • Must be a Ugandan citizen.

  • Completed an undergraduate program between 2023 – 2025.

  • Graduated with at least a 4.0 GPA or equivalent (First Class Division).

  • Less than 2 years of work experience.

  • Not currently enrolled in another graduate program or internship.

  • Willingness to rotate across frontline (customer-facing) and back-office operations.
