Planning and implementing animal breeding programs, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Supervising and training staff, including animal technicians, veterinarians, and researchers.
Monitoring and evaluating animal health, welfare, and productivity, and reporting any issues or concerns to senior management.
