Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and deliver customer service training programs for airline staff.
Teach communication skills, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity.
Train students on airport operations, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Provide knowledge of airline policies, ticketing systems, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct role-playing exercises and simulations to enhance practical skills.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in airline customer service or training.
Certification in airline customer service or training (e.g., IATA Customer Service Certification).
Strong understanding of airline operations, ticketing systems, and airport procedures.
Experience in adult education or training is an advantage.
General Requirements for All Instructor Roles:
Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
Advanced computer skills, particularly in training tools and software.
A passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.
