Job Description
The OVK Group is looking for a qualified Administrative Officer to join their team in the Free State. The role involves overseeing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with insurance policies, and managing relationships with various stakeholders within the agricultural sector.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the administrative function;
- Monthly reporting including crop summary reports and directors' reports;
- Checking and ensuring compliance regarding insurance policies and procedures;
- Monitor and control quotation processes and claims function;
- Responsible for premium payments and timeous management and allocation of claims monies;
- Liaison with Insurers, including underwriting queries and claims settlement;
- Supervise and problem solving of admin function
- Adhoc tasks.
