Job Description
SBA Uganda is seeking a motivated Admin / Receptionist Intern to support daily administrative operations and front-office activities. This Role offers hands-on experience in managing office tasks, coordinating communication across departments, and providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and directing them professionally.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and support internal coordination.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and record keeping.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
- Support office operations to maintain a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance to staff and management as needed.
