Job Description
The VR Motor Bike Operator will manage and operate the virtual reality motorbike experience, ensuring customer safety, smooth operation of equipment, and excellent customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor VR motorbike gaming equipment
- Guide customers on how to use VR equipment safely and correctly
- Ensure customer safety before, during, and after VR sessions
- Perform basic system checks and report technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of VR equipment
- Provide excellent customer care and support
- Record usage, bookings, and basic operational data
- Promote a fun, engaging, and professional experience for customers
