Job Description
The Kitchen Production Manager will oversee all kitchen production activities, ensuring efficient operations, high food quality standards, compliance with hygiene regulations, and timely delivery of menu items.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen production activities
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, performance, and discipline
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in line with regulations
- Control stock levels, minimize waste, and oversee inventory management
- Coordinate procurement and proper storage of kitchen supplies
- Develop and improve kitchen production processes and workflows
- Ensure timely preparation of orders to meet customer demand
- Work closely with management to support menu planning and cost control
