Preparing and maintaining financial records and reports, such as cash books, ledgers, bank reconciliations, income statements, balance sheets, etc.

Processing and recording transactions, such as payments, receipts, invoices, vouchers, etc.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures, as well as tax and regulatory requirements.
Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flows.
Providing support to the Accounts Manager and other staff in the Finance Department.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree and a professional certification a in related field.
Minimum of a Diploma in a related field for Accounts Assistants.
Minimum experience of 3 years in the financial sector.
Knowledge of Computer applications is an added advantage.
