Goodwill (Uganda) Ceramic Co. Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence in the manufacturing sector.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
Support with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payment processing.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Prepare periodic financial reports and assist during audits.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
