Job Description
Salary: 1,000,000 monthly
The Accountant will provide support in the daily financial operations of the company, including recording transactions, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, monitoring revenues and expenditures, and assisting with tax and inventory management. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in maintaining the company’s financial records.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Post all transactions into the accounting system.
- Receive and post invoices from suppliers
- Maintain accounting records and reporting;
- Post all expenses into correct expense accounts
- Follow up on overdue receivables, posting and allocation of payments in customer accounts.
- Monitor revenue and expenditure
- Reconcile revenue collected to the bank account;
- Review accounting systems identify weaknesses and propose improvements;
- Process payments and perform clerical works as assigned;
- Participate periodically in stock counts.
- File tax returns in time.
- Track inventory (Stock in and Stock out)
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.
