Lead the business through IPO preparation and execution, including governance, controls, reporting, and investor readiness, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and investors.

Own end-to-end financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Build and maintain robust financial controls, reporting, and compliance frameworks aligned with public-company standards.

Oversee treasury, cash management, taxation, audit, and risk management functions.

Lead investor relations, engaging with banks, advisers, regulators, and other external stakeholders.

Partner with the CEO to drive commercial decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team in Uganda.
