Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory taxes (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax) with URA.
Oversee inventory management by reconciling stock records with financial accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives.
Assist during internal and external audits and ensure adherence to financial standards and regulations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Sound knowledge of Uganda’s tax systems and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Zoho.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
