Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts for the PIM Plus Operation
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and disbursement requests
- Process payments and ensure compliance with financial management guidelines
- Support preparation of annual work plans and budgets
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit exercises
- Monitor budget utilization and flag variances for management attention
- Ensure compliance with GoU financial regulations and World Bank financial management requirements
- Any other duties assigned by the Coordinator/REAP
