Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support implementation of WCS Social Safeguards policies for field staff and partners
- Provide mandatory human rights and safeguard training for law enforcement personnel
- Ensure WCS Social Safeguards policies align with Uganda's IPLC regulatory framework
- Develop and manage a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) in the sector
- Train and mentor safeguarding personnel and community focal points
- Support monitoring and reporting on social safeguards compliance
- Work closely with Regional Social Safeguards Coordinator
