Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the largest African Coca-Cola Bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda is a subsidiary of CCBA, and we are currently seeking to recruit an Account Developer.
As an Account Developer, you will report directly to the Manager Area Sales
KEY PURPOSE STATEMENT
To deliver Volume and Revenue growth in relevant channels to grow customer base and manage accounts
Account Development: Partner with key account customers to develop and execute a customer-specific business plan.
Manage volume and revenue growth on behalf of the bottler system by category
Develop, implement, and/or manage account-specific programs, promotions, and packs as required and evaluation.
Builds personal relationships with customers through various interactions such as charity sports days, customer conference
participation
Merchandising: Execute Implementation of Picture of Success by channel
Order Generation: Sell in Core packs as per Picture of Success
Monitor competitive activities
Quality Management: Ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Manage Trade Replacements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience
Ideally a minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience or equivalent FMCG experience.
