Job Description
Coca Cola Beverages Uganda is seeking to recruit an Account Developer to support sales growth and market expansion. The role focuses on executing trade standards building strong customer relationships and driving volume and revenue growth within an assigned territory or channel.
The Account Developer reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.
Key Purpose of the Role
- Drive sales growth within the assigned territory or channel
- Execute trade standards consistently across all outlets
- Build and maintain strong and productive customer relationships
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share by consistently meeting and exceeding set objectives
- Expand the outlet base and increase product availability within the assigned territory
- Generate customer orders and drive core pack sell in through accurate order capture and effective selling
- Execute trade standards with excellence in all outlets to ensure consistency quality and brand visibility
- Implement promotional plans effectively and manage trade replacements as required
- Ensure proper stock rotation to maintain product quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships and address customer issues promptly and professionally
- Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the outlet base
- Monitor competitor activity and take action to protect and increase market penetration
