Job Title: Branch Manager – Car Logbook Loans (6 Jobs)

We are looking to hire Managers for our Car Logbook Loan branches in Kyebando, Masaka, Entebbe, Nansana, Mbale, and Mukono.

How to Apply
Recruit and onboard new agents to ensure a skilled workforce.
Conduct training sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.
Oversee the entire loan processing workflow, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Monitor the progress of loan applications to ensure timely issuance.
Work closely with the sales agent team leader to enhance the performance of sales agents.
Facilitate communication between sales and support teams to effectively address client needs.
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and address any operational issues that arise during daily activities.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve team skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service.
Escalate complex issues as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Set clear targets for the branch team and monitor progress toward achieving them.
Implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall branch performance.
Prepare end-of-month, weekly, and daily reports on branch performance, loan processing metrics, and team achievements.
Maintain accurate records of all branch documentation, including client paperwork.
Identify areas for improvement in branch operations and implement changes as needed.
A bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Prior experience in a microfinance institution.
Excellent knowledge of operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership capabilities, high confidence, and the ability to establish effective communication with others.
Result-oriented and focused on developing and influencing others.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethic, and a proactive, positive attitude.
Customer-focused with strong customer care skills.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and able to demonstrate a drive for results with a professional approach.
Proven report-writing and presentation skills.
