Job Description
AfriCareers is looking for 5 dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operators to help grow our job board by posting available and legitimate job openings from company career pages. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to earn passive income by working from the comfort of their home. As a Data Entry Operator, your main responsibility will be to research, find, and post relevant job opportunities from different employers onto our job board.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
1. Job Posting:
Browse various company career pages, recruitment websites, and legitimate job boards for current job openings.
Accurately post job details (job title, company name, location, job description, application deadline, and other necessary information) on the AfriCareers job board.
Ensure that only legitimate and active job postings are shared on the website, avoiding duplication or expired jobs.
Categorize and tag job postings appropriately to ensure job seekers can easily navigate through listings.
2. Data Entry Accuracy:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when entering job information into the system.
Review and verify all job postings before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
3. Website Navigation:
Regularly navigate the AfriCareers website to ensure postings are up-to-date, and jobs are displayed in the right categories.
Edit or remove job postings as needed (e.g., if a position is filled or expired).
4. Communication:
Report any issues encountered while posting or navigating the website to the AfriCareers technical support team.
Provide feedback to improve the job posting process and user experience on the website.
