Job Description
Regions: Western Uganda, Central Uganda (Buganda Region), Eastern Uganda, Northern Uganda, West Nile Region
Job Purpose:
Regional Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving and growing sales within their assigned regions by achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Develop strong relationships with key clients and distributors
Conduct regular market visits and gather intelligence on competitors and market trends
Promote products, provide demonstrations, and educate customers on product features
Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional or marketing manager
Assist in organizing local marketing events and promotional activities
Identify potential clients and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports
