Job Description
Job Title: Branch Managers (4 Positions)
Organisation: Microfin Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff.
Set performance goals and ensure targets are achieved.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Manage branch portfolio and minimize risks.
Develop strategies to grow customer base and improve service delivery.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
