3 Sales Officer – Boda Loans Job at Mogo Uganda

Job Description
We are looking for Field Sales Officers to join our team in the Masaka branch.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets for Boda loans and related Mogo products.
- Conduct field visits to engage potential customers, promote Mogo’s finance products, and encourage purchases.
- Screen and enroll qualifying customers, ensuring compliance with company criteria and maintaining high portfolio quality.
- Explain product features, benefits, and loan terms to customers, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
- Follow up on customer payment commitments to ensure timely loan repayments and minimize defaults.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer appointments, payment schedules, and complaints in the company’s ERP system.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally, escalating complex issues to the Branch Manager or relevant departments as needed.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights for improving Mogo’s offerings and sales processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and loan administration activities.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
