Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Officer (3 No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: Premier Credit
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
The person should be in position to:
Answer and handle large volumes of inbound calls
Handle customer queries & complaints
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Develop / document knowledge & content
Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Any other responsibilities as need may arise
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Should have a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration.
Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy & Positive attitude
Problem solving Skills
Familiarity with CRM systems is not a Must, but an added advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Content creation, editing & Originality
A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
Creative in solution finding and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Languages Preferred:
English & Luganda (A Must). Any additional languages like Runyakitara, Lukhonzo, Lango, Acholi & West Nile will be an added advantage
Areas of Residence
The ideal candidate must be residing in areas around Kampala District
