Job Description
ENCOT is looking to recruit dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented professionals to fill the following position:
Position: 3 Branch Managers
Purpose of the Position:
The Branch Manager plays a key role in the management of the branch office, leading meetings and overseeing all aspects of loan delivery, customer service, human resources, security, and branch operations. As a senior manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the branch meets its growth targets and delivers excellent service to customers.

How to Apply
Plan, monitor, and drive branch portfolio growth and outreach while maintaining a quality portfolio that meets targets.
Ensure high-quality service delivery, focusing on speed, dependability, flexibility, and cost-consciousness in credit services.
Monitor staff adherence to policies and procedures, developing and motivating the team to achieve desired performance.
Perform administrative duties in accordance with the established operational and human resources policies.
Compile, analyze, and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Head Office as per branch reporting requirements.
Carry out other duties as assigned, ensuring tasks are completed competently and professionally.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Business, Finance & Accounting, Banking, Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of credit experience in a similar position or field.
Core Capabilities:
High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
Strong people management skills, including leadership and motivational abilities.
Excellent business acumen and ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
Ability to ride a motorcycle and adhere to all traffic regulations (valid riding permit is required).
