Job Description
We’re Hiring: Tour Consultants (2 Positions)
Company: Sentas Tours & Travel
Location: Uganda (Preferred)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for two dynamic and client-focused Tour Consultants to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, selling, and managing travel packages—local, regional, and international. From the first client inquiry to post-travel follow-up, you’ll ensure every journey runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences.
Create and present tailor-made itineraries and travel quotations.
Coordinate bookings for accommodation, transport, tours, and activities.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure top-quality service delivery.
Respond to inquiries promptly via email, phone, and social media.
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Provide clients with travel advice and ongoing support throughout their trip.
Promote travel offers, tours, and new destinations across digital platforms.
Support marketing campaigns and contribute to client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel consultancy.
In-depth knowledge of East African and international destinations.
Excellent communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Skills in social media and digital marketing are a strong advantage.
