How to Apply
Receive, verify, and take custody of goods delivered to the store.
Inspect delivered items to ensure they meet the required quality and quantity specifications.
Issue items from the store in accordance with approved requisitions and established procedures.
Accurately record stock movements, including issues and current balances, while maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Liaise with the procurement team to ensure prompt delivery of required supplies.
Maintain the store in a clean, safe, secure, and orderly condition.
Organize and support periodic stock-taking exercises.
Facilitate internal and external audits and inspections of store operations.
Prepare and submit timely and accurate inventory and activity reports as needed.
Required Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of continuous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Diploma in Procurement, Logistics and Inventory Management, Stores Management, or a related field.
