How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, edit, and publish engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos, and other multimedia) tailored to each platform.
Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely updates.
Platform Management:
Oversee daily operations of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
Campaign Development:
Design and implement social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team for cross-platform campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Provide actionable insights and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platform features to incorporate innovative strategies.
Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to boost visibility.
Collaboration:
Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to develop visually appealing posts.
Collaborate with other departments to highlight key initiatives, products, or services.
Qualification: BBA or B.COM (Majored in Marketing or Communication)
Experience: 3 years in digital content management
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Creative Skills: Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Growth in followers and engagement rate across platforms.
Website traffic generated from social media.
Success of campaigns (e.g., conversions, reach, shares).
Community sentiment and responsiveness.
