Job Description
Job Title: Personnel Supervisor (2 Jobs)
Organisation: Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited (SCOUL)
Duty Station: Lugazi, Buikwe, Uganda
The Personnel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR and personnel operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing staff records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting employee relations. This role serves as a key link between management and staff, helping to implement HR policies and foster a positive work environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree in Human Resource Management or Degree Public Administration or Bachelor in Social Work and Social Administration or Development Studies
Experience: – 5 years in a similar office in an Agricultural based Industry.
Remunerations: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
