How to Apply
Engage with customers to understand their visual needs and assist them in selecting suitable eyewear frames and lenses based on prescriptions and lifestyle preferences.
Guide customers in trying on various frames, offering expert advice on fit and style based on facial features and personal taste.
Explain available lens options—including progressive lenses, anti-reflective coatings, and UV protection—tailored to the customer’s requirements and budget.
Accurately process eyewear orders, ensuring correct input of prescription details and selection of appropriate frame and lens combinations.
Adjust and prepare new eyewear to ensure proper fit and customer comfort.
Manage inventory of frames and lenses, ensuring displays are well-stocked, organized, and rotated appropriately.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date patient records.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in administrative roles is an added advantage.
Desirable Skills:
Strong customer service orientation—friendly, patient, and professional interaction with clients.
Basic understanding of optical products, eye anatomy, vision correction, and prescription terminology.
Familiarity with frame styles and trends is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to clearly communicate product features and benefits to encourage informed purchases.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to work with systems for order entry and patient record management.
