How to Apply

  • Guide customers in trying on various frames, offering expert advice on fit and style based on facial features and personal taste.

  • Explain available lens options—including progressive lenses, anti-reflective coatings, and UV protection—tailored to the customer’s requirements and budget.

  • Accurately process eyewear orders, ensuring correct input of prescription details and selection of appropriate frame and lens combinations.

  • Adjust and prepare new eyewear to ensure proper fit and customer comfort.

  • Manage inventory of frames and lenses, ensuring displays are well-stocked, organized, and rotated appropriately.

  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date patient records.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and accredited institution.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in administrative roles is an added advantage.

    • Basic understanding of optical products, eye anatomy, vision correction, and prescription terminology.

    • Familiarity with frame styles and trends is a plus.

    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to work with systems for order entry and patient record management.
