Job Description
Position Title: Housekeeping Supervisor (2 Positions)
Organization: Uganda Kolping Society (UKS)

Reports To: Hotel Manager
Age Limit: 25 – 40 years

Position Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and service across all guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. The role demands strong organizational and leadership skills to maintain quality and efficiency

Lead and manage all housekeeping services to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel grounds.
Monitor and control the distribution and quality of linen supplied to guest rooms.
Maintain accurate records for all housekeeping activities and supplies.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Institutional Catering or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a reputable organization within the hospitality industry.
Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
Good understanding of strategic planning and housekeeping operations.
