Job Title: Field Coordinator – 2 Positions

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary:
We are searching for Field Coordinators (2) positions in our Face-to-Face data collection team. The Field Coordinator is responsible for the successful executive of data collection of all Face-to-Face field projects allocated to them.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Recruiting, training and coaching of new field workers
Ensuring all the required administration for HR and finance is completed in full and on time
Sample allocation to field workers
Monitoring the data collection process to meet project deadlines
Ensuring valuations are completed according to set quality standards
Organizes and schedules field activities.
Manages and trains field staff or interviewers.
Ensures accurate and efficient data gathering.
Checks data quality and resolves issues.
Prepares reports and documents activities.
Fixes logistical and operational issues quickly.
Ensures adherence to Ipsos standards and policies.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, marketing, research, or related fields.
Experience in data collection (surveys, interviews, focus groups will be valuable)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially for client interactions.
