Reporting To: Medical Officer in Charge
Position Summary
We are seeking two qualified Enrolled Nurses to join our healthcare team at ROTOM Health Centers. The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and monitoring medical treatments to ensure quality and compassionate care, especially for the elderly.

How to Apply

Support and participate in healthcare outreach initiatives organized by ROTOM.
Collaborate with the management team in developing work plans, proposals, and health programs.
3. Communication and Coordination
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other medical professionals to deliver quality care.
4. Additional Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

Essential
Certificate in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience.
A valid practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC).
Desirable
Strong understanding of evidence-based nursing practices and multi-disciplinary healthcare models.
Experience in elderly care and management of frailty.
Problem-solving skills related to geriatric healthcare.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital health management systems.
