Job Title: Business Development Executives – 2 Positions
Organisation: Navantis Systems
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Role Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. You will identify new business opportunities, develop leads, build relationships with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and support in closing deals. You will help strengthen Navantis’ presence in its target markets and help grow its portfolio of clients and projects.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
We are seeking energetic professionals with 2-3 years of experience in business development and sales.
The ideal candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to meet targets, and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an added advantage.
