Job Summary:
MIGOO Industrial & Trading Co. Ltd. is seeking two qualified professionals to fill the combined role of Administrator & Accountant. This dual-function position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and managing the company’s financial records, procurement processes, tax reporting, and administrative systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, office management, and administrative support—preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals
Prepare and submit financial statements, reconciliations, and reports
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash
Handle statutory tax filings and ensure full compliance with URA regulations
Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and track variances
Operate and manage accounting software, especially Tally Prime
Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain administrative files, employee records, and company documentation
Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
Support HR functions including leave tracking, onboarding, and compliance
Prepare internal reports and maintain accurate administrative logs
Facilitate internal communications and coordinate company meetings
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
CPA Level III or equivalent certification is mandatory
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar dual-role position
Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
Solid administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Key Competencies:
High integrity and confidentiality
Excellent multitasking and time management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of procurement and HR procedures
Ability to work independently and in a team
