Key Responsibilities
Promote the Union’s financial products by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining member satisfaction.
Recruit new members to access Personal Development and SACCO loans through direct outreach (calls, emails, networking, community engagement).
Conduct field assessments and properly appraise credit applications and supporting documents.
Monitor marketing and sales performance, aiming to meet set weekly/monthly targets.
Address member complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and reporting recommendations to management.

Minimum academic qualification: Advanced Level Certificate and a Diploma in Cooperatives or any related business discipline.
Prior experience in credit marketing and cooperative operations is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software.
Strong understanding of credit policy development, risk analysis, and loan recovery is a plus.
