Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Perform duties with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the mission of AsOne Africa Ministries. Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Teaching & Education (for teaching roles): Prepare and deliver lessons according to the curriculum. Support student learning, monitor progress, and provide guidance and mentorship to students. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Healthcare (for healthcare roles): Provide quality patient care in accordance with established medical standards and organizational policies. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Administrative & Operational Support (for non-teaching roles): Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and coordinating daily operations. Support management in implementing programs and initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Promote positive interactions with students, parents, colleagues, and the wider community. Support organizational programs and community outreach initiatives.
- Compliance & Policies: Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of ethics, safety, and professional conduct.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve organizational goals. Contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Professional Development: Participate in training, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and performance. Provide timely reports to supervisors or management as required.
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Identify challenges and propose solutions. Take proactive steps to improve work processes, service quality, and program outcomes.
